Link two players as a Mixed, Men's, or Women's doubles team for Round Robin. A player can hold one of each — Mixed plus Men's or Women's — and rounds alternate evenly between them.
Tap 4 players who already played a match together before joining the app — the first two picked become Team A, the next two Team B. It's added below and counts toward the fairness algorithm, but isn't tied to a court or timer.

Signing in unlocks everything Court Manager has to offer:
No sign-in needed. Tap Quick Play, pick a format — Open Play, Round Robin, or Tournament — and add your players' names. No skill levels or in-session settings to manage, and no one else can join. Drag or tap a player onto Sitting Out to bench them, or onto Leave Session to remove them, at any time. Everything stays on your device — nothing is shared online.
Just need to track serve and score for one match? Tap Score Keeper Only on this screen for a standalone scorer — no sign-in, no session, nothing saved. Inside a session, tap Score Keeper on an active court to track serve and score live instead of entering a score manually; finishing the game records the result to history and returns players to the queue automatically.
Sign in with Google, then use the Sessions card to create a session for your group — pick a format, name it if you like (optional), and turn on a passcode only if you want one. Share the link or code with friends; they can join without signing in. Admins can toggle, view, or edit the passcode anytime from Settings, and choose whether a change forces already-joined players to re-enter it.
Sessions you've joined or created show up in a list on that same card, colored green (open) or orange (closed) with when you last joined. Tapping one joins right away, straight into Sitting Out.
Admins can also flip on View Only (Settings > Share Link) so everyone but admins can watch without being able to touch anything.
The queue stays pinned on the left so you can always see who's waiting, while court cards fill the space to the right — two columns on tablets, three across on wider screens or landscape — growing automatically as you add more courts.
An auto-filled or drag-filled court starts out Proposed — adjust who's on it by dragging or tapping players between the queue and the court, then tap Confirm. Nothing is final until then, and adjusting or cancelling a proposal never costs anyone their place in line — tap ↩ Undo above the queue to step back through adjustments. Once confirmed, tap Start on the court card to start the match timer.
When a match ends, choose Return All 4 (send everyone back to the queue), Keep Winners (needs a score), or Keep Last-Joined (once a court has had a pair carried over before) to decide who stays on for the next match.
Start All and End All above the courts grid start or end every court's match at once. Select multiple players in the queue (Select All or tap several chips) to move them as a group too.
Once in a session, open the Settings tab to update your display name and skill level at any time.
Once you're in a session, open the Settings tab to link yourself with another player you'd like to play alongside. Partners are kept together on the same side of the court when courts are assigned.
In Open Play, you can add or remove a partner at any time — the change takes effect the next time courts are assigned. In Round Robin and Tournament, partners must be set while the roster is still being built; once locked, teams are fixed for the rest of the session.
Admins can also link two players into a typed Mixed/Men's/Women's Doubles partnership from Settings > Partnerships (Round Robin) — a player can hold one of each kind at once. Tap View Partnerships next to the Queue to see everyone's partnerships.
After locking the roster, set the number of courts. Round Robin shows the full rotation's round count by default; tap + Add a time limit to set a Match Time Limit, Session Time Limit, and Buffer Between Rounds instead (prefilled at 12 min / 2 hrs / 3 min) — Round Robin then recommends how many rounds will fit (or let you enter rounds directly), and Tournament shows an estimated total duration for its fixed bracket size, warning if either won't fit your session.
Turn on League (Settings > Session Type, Round Robin only) to track standings across a whole season and have team/round selection minimize repeat partners and opponents across sessions, not just within one.
The History tab shows every match in the session's current open stretch in full; once an admin closes the session, that stretch collapses into a summary card, with a dropdown to pull up any past session's full match list. Signed-in players can also view their personal match history across all past sessions. In Open Play, tap + Log Past Match there to add a match your group already played before opening the app. Admins can fix a score or delete a match from here too.
The × in the header covers all of it, whether or not you're currently in a session. In a session, it offers Leave Session, Close Session (admins only), and Log Out; outside a session, it's just Log Out.
